Our ComeTogether for members on March 3 will focus on a question that drives many companies: How do we attract suitable talent? Demographic change, a shortage of skilled workers, unfilled apprenticeships - recruiting is increasingly becoming a top priority for employers

Corona has once again accelerated digitization in this area as well, with many new tools and formats emerging. This includes the media and event platform talentine. The team around co-founder Alexander Plitsch relies on digital events, video shows and online games to bring organizations and people together around future topics. In 2022, they will make Aachen a pilot region and are looking for institutions, employers and content creators to help advance important issues in our region.

How can pupils, students and (young) professionals be addressed via topics, content and shared values? How can digital events and games contribute to successful personnel marketing and recruiting? What ideas are there for cooperative formats here in the region? We want to discuss these and other questions with you in a keynote followed by a discussion
